1. Overview

TH3NEXT24 is operated by Joseph Pennell. These Terms govern your use of the TH3NEXT24 website, member platform, courses, tools, resources, coaching-related services, scheduling features, and other products or services offered through TH3NEXT24.

By accessing the website, creating or activating an account, purchasing a product or service, or using the member platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use TH3NEXT24.

2. Eligibility

TH3NEXT24 is intended for adults age 18 and older.

By using TH3NEXT24, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement for the products or services you purchase.

3. Educational and Coaching Nature of TH3NEXT24

TH3NEXT24 provides educational, personal-development, and coaching-oriented content intended to help users understand patterns, build skills, establish systems, and make intentional changes in their lives.

TH3NEXT24 is not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, addiction treatment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, legal advice, financial advice, or another licensed professional service unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing provided through TH3NEXT24 should be interpreted as a substitute for treatment or advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

TH3NEXT24 is not an emergency service. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency or require immediate professional assistance, contact the appropriate emergency or professional service in your area.

4. No Guaranteed Outcome

TH3NEXT24 provides frameworks, tools, education, resources, and guidance, but individual results vary.

Your results may depend on many factors, including your starting point, circumstances, participation, decisions, consistency, support system, and willingness to apply the material.

TH3NEXT24 does not guarantee any particular personal, financial, professional, relationship, recovery, health, or other outcome.

5. Self-Guided TH3NEXT24

The Self-Guided version of TH3NEXT24 provides access to the structured member platform, course content, tools, journal, notes, progress tracking, and applicable resources included with the offer at the time of purchase.

The program is designed as a structured progression rather than an immediately unlocked content library. Course weeks become available according to the progression schedule associated with your enrollment.

Week 1 becomes available when your enrollment begins. Later weeks become available progressively over the course of the program.

TH3NEXT24 may update the presentation, organization, supporting resources, or delivery of course material while preserving the overall substance of the purchased program.

6. Guided TH3NEXT24

TH3NEXT24 may also offer a higher-support Guided version of the program.

The exact services included in a Guided offer, such as coaching, support access, session frequency, communication methods, scheduling terms, duration, and other benefits, will be identified in the offer presented at the time of purchase.

Any offer-specific terms presented when purchasing Guided TH3NEXT24 will supplement these Terms. If there is a direct conflict, the offer-specific terms will control for that purchase.

7. Program Fit Calls

TH3NEXT24 may offer complimentary Program Fit Calls to prospective customers who want to discuss whether the program is appropriate for what they are looking for.

A Program Fit Call is a pre-purchase conversation intended to discuss the program, understand what the prospective customer is looking for, answer questions, and help determine whether the Self-Guided or Guided path may be a better fit.

A Program Fit Call is not a purchased coaching session and does not create an ongoing coaching relationship.

8. Purchases and Payment

Prices and included features are shown at the time of purchase. You agree to pay the amount displayed before completing your transaction.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment processor identified at checkout.

TH3NEXT24 does not directly store your complete payment card number or card security code.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information when making a purchase.

9. Self-Guided Course Refund Policy

Purchases of the Self-Guided TH3NEXT24 program are eligible for a refund request within seven calendar days of the original purchase date.

A valid request must be received within the seven-day period. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, refund requests received after that period are not eligible under this policy.

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method when reasonably possible. Processing time after approval may depend on Stripe, your bank, or another payment provider.

When a refund is issued, access to the purchased program may be terminated.

10. Guided Offer Refunds and Cancellations

Because Guided TH3NEXT24 may include reserved time, direct support, coaching, or other individualized services, its refund, cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show rules may differ from the Self-Guided course policy.

Those rules will be disclosed as part of the Guided offer before purchase.

11. Accounts and Access

Paid member access is associated with the account and email used during the purchase and activation process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.

You may not sell, transfer, sublicense, share, or provide another person with access to your TH3NEXT24 account unless expressly authorized by TH3NEXT24.

TH3NEXT24 may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, investigate fraud, address payment disputes, enforce these Terms, prevent unauthorized account sharing, or comply with law.

12. Journal Entries, Notes, and User Content

TH3NEXT24 allows members to create private notes, journal entries, reflections, and other content within the member platform.

You retain responsibility for the content you choose to submit or store.

You should use judgment when entering sensitive or highly personal information. TH3NEXT24 should not be used as a method of communicating emergency, medical, psychiatric, legal, or other time-sensitive professional information.

Information stored through these features is also subject to the TH3NEXT24 Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, TH3NEXT24 course content, original frameworks, written materials, videos, tools, worksheets, graphics, branding, training materials, site content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to TH3NEXT24 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing access gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased materials for your own personal development.

You may download or print materials when the platform expressly provides that functionality for personal use.

You may not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, license, upload, publicly display, teach from, create a competing product from, or commercially exploit TH3NEXT24 materials without prior written permission.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse TH3NEXT24 or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

Prohibited conduct includes attempting to:

• Access another person's account or private content.
• Bypass enrollment, payment, or course-access controls.
• Probe, exploit, or interfere with platform security.
• Upload malicious code or use the platform unlawfully.
• Scrape, copy, automate extraction of, or redistribute protected TH3NEXT24 content without authorization.
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, or harm another person.

15. Third-Party Services

TH3NEXT24 uses third-party services including payment, authentication, hosting, email, scheduling, calendar, and video conferencing providers.

These providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. TH3NEXT24 is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, or policies of third-party services outside its reasonable control.

16. Platform Availability and Changes

TH3NEXT24 may update, maintain, improve, modify, or temporarily interrupt parts of the platform as reasonably necessary.

TH3NEXT24 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.

Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain access to purchased services and address material technical problems.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TH3NEXT24 and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

TH3NEXT24 does not make warranties regarding specific outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or the suitability of the program for every individual circumstance.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TH3NEXT24 and Joseph Pennell will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, course, resources, scheduling services, or coaching-related services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, total liability arising from a particular paid product or service will not exceed the amount you paid to TH3NEXT24 for that product or service giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

19. Termination

You may stop using TH3NEXT24 at any time.

TH3NEXT24 may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of fraud, unlawful activity, abuse, material violation of these Terms, unauthorized distribution of content, security threats, payment reversals, or other conduct that materially harms TH3NEXT24 or its users.

Termination for violation of these Terms does not automatically create a right to a refund.

20. Privacy

Your use of TH3NEXT24 is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

21. Changes to These Terms

TH3NEXT24 may update these Terms when the platform, products, services, business structure, or legal requirements change.

The date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.

Material changes that affect existing paid services will be handled in a reasonable manner consistent with applicable law.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any rights that cannot legally be waived or limited remain unaffected by these Terms.
